The Movement

People do not seem to understand what this 99% movement is for. It's very simple, it is about the balance of the people and the government. There is a balance in everything in life and without balance, failure is inevitable. This is proven fact. Having too much of anything is never a good thing. Some easy and primitive examples are, too much chocolate. Most of us love chocolate, I mean it tastes great right? Too much of it without a proper diet or maintaining good hygiene can cause major problems with your health, which is to include your teeth and cavities. I don't mean to go off in a whole different direction, just trying to simplify it some.

As you look around and really begin to dissect things, not as a whole , but piece by piece you can begin to see where the balance fails. Let us start with our military men and woman and the rate of pay. These people make the ultimate sacrifice and spend nothing but time to defend their country, yet they get so little in return. On average, a single U.S. soldier makes about $28k a year in a hostile environment. Now the CEO of a company may make that in a day. Some of the private contractors that go overseas make on average $128k a year while they never leave the compound. You see the lack of balance here?

This has been going on for years and capitalism is a very bad thing and it is showing it's horns now. Let's use a company like McDonalds for instance. Not only do they use the cheapest and most disgusting products on earth, but they make a killing of it as well. It is a multimillion dollar industry, if not billions, yet they pay their workers minimum wage most of the time with no health benefits. Same goes for companies like Burger King, Sonic, etc. This is to include some factories where they produce product outside of the U.S. to avoid the minimum wage fee to increase their profits, Nike was one of these companies.

On top of all of this, prices are jacked up so high for fuel and food that what the average person is able to make is spent on their bills and have to choose between a gallon of gas and a gallon of milk for their kids. The balance that lacks set a class bracket most of us will never meet. The rich keep getting richer and the poor keep getting more poor. This movement is to break that cycle, to kill capitalism and give an equal opportunity to those who deserve it, the people of America and all over the world.

I speak on all of this because I know, I was there, I am there. A a disabled veteran of the U.S. Army I was unable to find work when I got home. My benefits were cut to merely nothing, wife could only get part time work. Get aid form the government to survive only to have it cut off completely due to a mere $50 bonus for my wife working a holiday. So many people complain, yet they have no idea, they have not been in that position, obviously., because if they had, they would remember and understand and stand up too. There is more to this picture than people realize and it boils down to companies like Monsanto, which turned capitalism upside down.
